Today the swell looked as if it was backing off again coming into the lower tide,but as the tide came in this afternoon so did the solid 6-8ft sets but more from the North.Wind was a strong westerly again for most of the day only abaiting in the late afternoon.Crowd and cloud 9 was only 1 that I know of being my keen Nephew Ian Alipayo.Synopsis: Intertropical Convergence Zone (ITCZ) affecting Mindanao. Forecast: Palawan, Visayas and Mindanao will experience cloudy skies with light to moderate rainshowers and thunderstorms. Ilocos Norte and Cagayan will have cloudy skies with light to moderate rains. Metro Manila and the rest of the country will be partly cloudy to cloudy with isolated rainshowers or thunderstorms. Moderate to strong winds blowing from the northeast will prevail over Northern Luzon and its coastal waters will be moderate to rough.Light to moderate winds coming from the northeast to northwest will prevail over the rest of Luzon and coming from the southwest to west over the rest of the country with slight to moderate seas
