of 8am crowd more than 10 people.

At 4:00 a.m. today, Tropical Storm "LAWIN" (JELAWAT) was estimated based on satellite and surface data at 380 km East of Borongan, Eastern Samar (11.8°N, 129.3°E) with maximum sustained winds of 95 kph near the center and gustiness of up to 120 kph. It is forecast to move west at 9 kph.
