The cloud 9 master women and open division KICK OFF this morning. the NE swell about 3-4ft head to double over head high, clean, glassy and good quality barelling set almost perfect. the sun shine with overcast and smooth seas. the medium to strong winds blowing offshore and forecast stayed offshore but lighter winds later. since the competion start as of 5am crowd mostly at jacking horse and quicksilver.
quicksilver, jacking horse and tuason point up to head high clean and gassy also.At 4:00 a.m. today, Typhoon "KAREN" was located based on satellite and surface data at 740 KM East of Tuguegarao City (17.6°N, 129.7°E) with maximum sustained winds of 185 kph near the center and gustiness of up to 220 kph. It is forecast to move North Northwest at 15 kph.
