The strong winds and small swell continue, swell about 1ft up to waist high. semi clean and very quick (fast) swell. the strong winds blowing offshore and forescast offshore all day with strong winds. the sun shine with cloudy skies and moderate to rough seas. lowtide at 9:30am., as of 7am crowd only 6 people.

At 4:00 a.m. today, Tropical Storm "KAREN" was estimated based on satellite and surface data at 660 km East of Borongan, Eastern Samar (12.0°N, 132.4°E) with maximum sustained winds of 65 kph near the center and gustiness of up to 80 kph. It is forecast to move North Northwest at 15 kph. Meanwhile, the Low Pressure Area (LPA) was estimated at 240 km West of Zambales (15.0°N, 117.5°E).
