the strong winds blowing offshore. the 1ft NE swell up to waist high, small and messy.  this around 7am the swell only knee high but the tide start falling swell little bit increase. the winds forecast WSW all day. the sun shine with clear skies and moderate to rough seas. zero crowd.

  At 2:00 a.m. today, A Shallow Low Pressure Area (SLPA) was estimated based on satellite and surface data at 470 km East of Borongan, Eastern Samar (12.5°N, 130.0°E). Southwest Monsoon affecting Southern Luzon.
