Sadly today was a mirror image of yesterday being soft 1ft southerly swell with a medium strength onshore slowly building as the day progressed.Crowd during the non contest period being the heaviest at low tide with close to 30 people on the peak.And this attached storm being far to West to bring us any joy.Synopsis: At 4:00 AM today, Tropical Storm "MARIO" was estimated based on radar and other available data at 137 km northwest of Laoag City, (19.1ºN, 119.7ºE). With maximum sustained winds of 95 kph near the center and gustiness of up to 120 kph. It is forecast to move north at 15 kph.
