swell today dramatically drop to 1ft SSE waist to chest high bit messy and short period. the SSE swell not bringing to continue the good waves from yesterday. the light winds blowing cross shore/offshore from mid day til the rest of the day. the sun shine with partly cloudy skies and moderate seas. from morning til afternoon beginners surfers back to cloud 9 surf break from morning til afternoon.

At 4:00 pm today, Typhoon "LUIS" was estimated based on all available data at 115 km East of Tuguegarao city (17.5ºN, 122.8ºE) with maximum sustained winds of 130 kph and gustiness of up to 160 kph. It is forecast to move west northwest at 22 kph.
