At 4:00 PM today, the eye of Typhoon "JOSE" was located based on all available data at 860 km East Northeast of Itbayat, Batanes (23.4ºN, 130.6ºE) with maximum sustained winds of 150 kph near the center and gustiness of up to 185 kph. It is forecast to move North at 15 kph. Southwest Monsoon affecting Luzon.
