At 4:00 PM today, the eye of Typhoon "JOSE" was located based on all available data at 745 km East of Basco, Batanes (20.2ºN, 129.8ºE) with maximum sustained winds of 150 kph near the center and gustiness of up to 185 kph. It is forecast to move North Northeast at 15 kph. Southwest Monsoon affecting Luzon.
