At 4:00 PM today, the eye of Typhoon "JOSE" was located based on all available data at 1,020 km East of Casiguran, Aurora (15.7ºN, 132.7ºE) with maximum sustained winds of 195 kph near the center and gustiness of up to 230 kph. It is forecast to move West Northwest at 11 kph. Southwest Monsoon affecting Luzo
