early morning swell small but clean in the range of 1ft Knee to waist high, in the afternoon swell stayed ftENE but messy, the light winds blowing off shore all day., the sun shine with partly cloudy skies and moderate seas. from morning til afternoon crowd continue even low tide.

At 4:00 pm today, a Low Pressure Area (LPA) was estimated based on all available data at 200 km northeast of Casiguran, Aurora (17.0ºN, 123.9 ºE).
