weekend swell improving in the range of 2ft+ ENE chest to head high semi clean with some long and good barreling sets. the light to medium winds blowing offshore all day, the sun shine with partly cloudy skies and moderate seas. from morning til evening crowd continue even low tide.

At 4:00 pm today, the eye of Typhoon "Halong" was located based on all available data at 1,260 km east of Central Luzon (15.0ºN, 135.4ºE) with maximum sustained winds of 160 kph and gustiness of up to 195 kph. It is forecast to move west northwest at 13 kph. Southwest Monsoon affecting Luzon.
