a windy and raining Christmas day swell about 7ft overhead to double overhead high messy bumpy and heavy with lots of water moving around. the strong winds blowing onshore and forecast to cross shore and back to onshore later of the day. overcast with rain and very rough seas. low tide at 10am as of 9am again zero crowd.
At 4:00 am today, Tropical Depression "QUINTA" was estimated based on satellite and surface data at 400 km East of Surigao City (10.0°N, 129.5°E). Northeast monsoon affecting Luzon.
