swell the day before Christmas look messy the 5ft ENE head to overhead high bumpy and heavy with lots of water moving around. the strong to howling blowing onshore and forecast to go cross shore later of the day., the sun shine with partly cloudy skies and very rough seas lowtide at 9am as expected zero crowd.
Low Pressure Area (93W/1004 MB) entered the Philippine Area of Responsibility (PAR)...still disorganized w/ most of its convective rainbands displaced and concentrated north of the center. Its center was located about 750 km East of Cateel, Davao Oriental or 895 km ESE of Surigao City (7.5N 133.3E)...max winds of 30 kph...moving west at 28 kph towards Northeastern Mindanao and Eastern Visayas.
