the Siargao Women s international Surfing cup the final round between NIlbie and philappa and won by philappa, before the final round begin swell looks good but during the final round swell not r cooperated look hard waves and small mostly chop-chop swell only 2ft E waist to chest high with few head high set. the light to moderate winds blowing cross shore and after the competition winds blowing off shore and increase the height the rest of the day. the sun shine with partly cloudy skies and moderate seas.
