the super typhoon DOLPHIN is very far cloud 9 but swell height affected. finally the swell arrived in the range of 6-10ft ENE heavy with some good barreling and long sets. early winds light blowing cross shore/onshore and in the afternoon winds blowing onshore and swell increase the height. the sun shine with cloudy skies and scat erred rainsshower.Synopsis: Ridge of High Pressure Area (HPA) affecting Luzon
