At 4:00 PM today, the center of typhoon “DODONG” was located based on Basco Doppler Radars and all available data at 220 km North Northeast of Basco, Batanes (22.3°N, 122.7°E) with maximum sustained winds of 140 kph near the center and gustiness of up to 170 kph.
