during the time of battle of the greatness pacquiao vs mayweather fight has no local surfer in the water swell in the range of 2-3ft ENE semi clean chest high with some head high set. the light winds blowing onshore all day, the sun shine with partly cloudy skies and moderate seas. but after the fight its a good timing because the tide start coming in, crowd at cloud 9 back to normal.
