the good timing of low tide for the fight of PACQUIAO-ALGIERI, cloud 9 has no crowd but after the fight and the tide fills in swell start to pick up and also the crowd but the swell in the rage of 1ft NE knee to waist high messy and chop-chop with some chest high semi clean. the light wind blowing onshore all day. the sun shine with partly cloudy skies and moderate seas. crowd as of 3pm close to 10 people
