today due to the tropical depression but not bringing the good swell, swell in the range of 5-6ft ENE heavy
and messy with lots of ater moving around. The strong winds blowing onshore all
day. Heavy rain and very rough seas.
At 4:00 PM today, Tropical Depression "QUEENIE"
was estimated based on all available data at 60 km east northeast of Hinatuan,
Surigao Del Sur (8.9ºN, 126.5ºE), with maximum winds of 55 kph near the center.
