swell drop to 3ft E messy and chop chop even the Tropical Depression "QUEENIE" left the island swell stayed messy. the medium winds blowing onshore all day.the sun shine with partly cloudy skies and very rough seas.

At 4:00 PM today, Tropical Depression "QUEENIE" was estimated based on all available data at 90 km southeast of Cuyo, Palawan (10.3ºN, 121.6ºE), with maximum winds of 55 kph near the center. It is forecast to move West Northwest at 24 kph.
