At 4:00 PM today, Tropical Storm "QUEENIE" was estimated based on all available data at 420 km west northwest of Puerto Princesa City (11.6°N, 115.4°E), with maximum sustained winds of 65 kph near the center and gustiness of up to 80 kph. It is forecast to move west northwest at 26 kph.
