Swell size: 1ft NE
The NE swell up to chest high with some head high set, semi clean and forecast to increase in the afternoon.,. the medium to strong winds blowing offshore and is forecast WSW the rest of the day. a cloudy morning with light to moderate seas. high tide before 11am with 1m, crowd at 9:am more than 20 surfers mostly beginners.
quicksilver, jacking horse and tuazin point no excitement because very small.
At 2 a.m. today, the Low Pressure Area (LPA) was estimated based on satellite and surface data at 430 km East of Hinatuan City (8.5°N, 130.5°E). The other Low Pressure Area (LPA) was estimated at 220 km Northeast of Basco, Batanes (22.0°N, 123.5°E).
