swell this morning on the range of 2-3ft E waist to over head high with some bigger and long clean set. the calm winds blowing from W. the sun shine with partly cloudy skies and very smooth seas. high tide at 5:45am with 1.5m crowd only 5 surfers.
At 2:00 a.m. today, the Low Pressure Area (LPA) was estimated based on satellite and surface data at 60 km North Northwest of Iba, Zambales (15.8°N, 119.5°E).
