Overnight raining.... swell small condition continue about 1ft+E knee to waist high with some bigger up to chest high set.
the light onshore winds early and is forcecast to go around E then  ESE later.
Intertropical Convergence Zone (ITCZ) affecting Mindanao.
a cloudy morning with scattered rain shower and moderate seas,
low tide at 8:50am crowd only 3 surfers
jacking horse and quicksilver small up to waist high. tuazon point is bigger but the swell quality almost the in cloud 9.
