Swell size: 1ft NE
The NE swell up to chest high,  small and messy. the strong winds blowing offshore and forecast strong WSW the rest of the day. a cloudy skies with scattered rainshower and rough seas. high tide at 12:NN crowd close to 20 surfers.
jacking horse, quicksilver and tuazon point are very small and messy not surfable.
 At 2 a.m. today, the Low Pressure Area (LPA) was estimated based on satellite and surface data at 470 km East of Guiuan, Eastern Samar (11.0°N, 130.5°E). The other Low Pressure Area (LPA) was estimated at 600 km East Northeast of Aparri, Cagayan(19.5°N, 128.0°E).
