Synopsis: At 3:00 PM today, the center of Severe Tropical Storm "PAOLO" was estimated based on all available data at 655 km East of Guiauan, Eastern Samar (10.7°N, 131.7°E) with maximum sustained winds of 90 km/h near the center and gustiness of up to 115 km/h. It is forecast to move North Northeast at 10 km/h. Meanwhile, the Low Pressure Area (LPA) was estimated based on all available data at 270 km West Southwest of Coron, Palawan (11.2°N, 117.9°E).
