SYNOPSIS: At 3:00 PM today, the center of Tropical Depression "Odette" was estimated based on all available data at 315km East of Aparri, Cagayan (18.2N, 124.6E) with maximum winds of 55 km/h near the center and gustiness of up to 65 km/h. It is forecast to move West at 30 km/h.
