SYNOPSIS: At 3:00 PM today, the center of SevereTropical Storm "Odette" was estimated based on all available data at 150 km West of Sinait, Ilocos Sur(17.5N, 119.0E) with maximum winds of 90 km/h near the center and gustiness of up to 113 km/h. It is forecast to move West Northwest at 15 km/h.
