the not so good swell continue,. swell in the range of 3ft + ENE messy, bumpy and uneven with lots of water moving around, the light to moderate winds blowing onshore all day, the sun shine with partly cloudy skies with light on and off rain and rough seas.
Synopsis: Tail-end of a Cold Front affecting the eastern section of Central and Southern Luzon. Northeast Monsoon affecting Northern Luzon.
