swell picked up today in the range of 5ft + overhead high semi clean with some clean and good barreling set, the early winds blowing cross shore but in the afternoon light winds blowing onshore, the sun shine with partly cloudy skies and moderate seas.
Synopsis: At 4:00 pm today, the Low Pressure Area (LPA) was estimated based on all available data in the vicinity of Buenavista, Quezon (13.8ºN, 122.4ºE). Northeast Monsoon affecting Northern Luzon.
