Synopsis: At 4:00 AM today, the center of Tropical Storm "MARCE" was estimated based on all available data including Mactan and Iloilo Doppler Radar at 85 km East Southeast of Roxas City, Capiz (11.2°N, 123.4°E) with maximum sustained winds of 65 kph near the center and gustiness of up to 110 kph. It is forecast to move West Northwest at 24 kph.
