overnight raining, swell in the range of 8-10ft ENE heavy messy bumpy with lots of water moving around. early strong winds blowing cross shore and in the mid day strong winds blowing onshore, all day raining with very rough seas.

TD "MARCE" IS ABOUT TO MAKE LANDFALL OVER SURIGAO DEL NORTE.
Location of eye/center: At 4:00 PM today, the center of Tropical Depression "MARCE" was estimated based on all available data at 60 km East Southeast of Surigao City, Surigao del Norte (9.6°N, 126.0°E).
Strength: Maximum sustained winds of up to 45 kph near the center and gustiness of up to 55 kph.
Forecast Movement : Forecast to move Northwest at 19 kph.
