SYNOPSIS: At 4:00 PM today, the Low Pressure Area (LPA) was estimated based on all available data at 525 km East of Northeast Hinatuan, Surigao del Sur (9.3 °N, 131.0 °E). It is embedded along the Intertropical Convergence Zone (ITCZ) affecting Southern Luzon, Visayas and Mindanao.
