swell the day before christmas improving the quality and the height, swell in the range of 5ft ENE overhead high with some almost double overhead high, semi clean, heavy and long sets, the light to moderate winds blowing onshore all day, the sun shine with partly cloudy skies and moderate seas,just few couple of crowd this afternoon.
Northeast monsoon affecting Extreme Northern Luzon. Easterlies affecting Eastern Visayas.
Throughout the outlook period(December 24-25 2015), the whole country will continue to have generally good weather aside from isolated thunderstorms over Mindanao.
