swell today heavy messy in the range of 8-10Ft ENE with lots of water moving around and very rough seas, the strong winds blowing onshore all day, overcast with on and off rain all day, no surfer or bgie boarder but there is kite surfer.
Synopsis: Synopsis: At 4:00 am today, Tropical Depression “Onyok†was estimated based on all available data at 405 km East of Hinatuan, Surigao Del Sur (8.4°N, 130.0°E) with maximum sustained winds of 55 kph near the center. It is forecast to move west at 17 kph. Northeast Monsoon affecting Northern Luzon.
