another not so good swell day, swell in the range of 5ft ENE short period and messy a bumpy with lots of water moving arround, the light to moderate winds blowing onshore all day, the sun shine with partly cloudy skies and moderate seas, the good news to the island according to PAGASA (Philippines atmospheric geophysical and astronimical services administration) has cyclone formation until december 29, 2015.
