surf up today swell in the range of 5-6ft NE clean and heavy with long set but in the afternoon swell bit dropping to 4ft, the light to moderate winds blowing offshore all day, the sun shine with partly cloudy skies and moderate seas,morning crowd only 5 people but in the afternoon more than ten people
Synopsis: At 4:00 Pm today, the Low Pressure Area (LPA) was estimated based on all available data at 140 km northeast of Daet,Camarines Norte (15.0°N, 123.9°E) embedded along the Intertropical Convergence Zone affecting Central & Southern Luzon.
