Synopsis: At 4:00 pm today, the eye of typhoon “INENG†was located based on all available data at 100 km East of Calayan, Cagayan (19.3°N, 124.4°E) with maximum sustained winds of 170 kph near the center and gustiness of up to 205 kph. It is forecast to move West Northwest at 7 kph.
