the fun size continue swell in the range of 3ft NE chest to head high semi with some clean good barreling and long sets. the early winds blowing cross shore offshore at mid day move to offshore in the afternoon winds blowing cross shore onshore. the sun shine with partly cloudy skies and moderate seas.
Synopsis: At 4:00 pm today, the eye of Typhoon “INENG†was located based on all available data at 430 km Northeast of Basco, Batanes (24.0°N, 123.6°E) with maximum sustained winds of 140 kph near the center and gustiness of up to 170 kph. It is forecast to move North Northeast at 15 kph.
