, the Low Pressure Area (LPA) was estimated based on all available data at 240 km East of Hinatuan City (8.5°N, 128.7°E) embedded along the Intertropical Convergence Zone (ITCZ) affecting Visayas and Mindanao. Easterlies affecting the eastern sections of Luzon.
