ocean 101 resort received lots of emails around the globe after super typhoon "HAIYAN" HIT SAMAR LEYTE AND TACLOBAN CONCERNED ABOUT how badly siargao island after the super typhoon. "SIARGAO ISLAND HAS NO BIG DAMAGE AT ALL"
anyway from bad weather condition last two days, today looks perfect.... swell improving in the range of 4ft E head to over head high. the light winds blowing ESE and forecast move SE later., the sun shine with clear skies and moderate seas. low tide at 830am and high tide at before 3pm as of 10am only 4 body boarders on the water.
Synopsis:
At 4:00 a.m. today, the Low Pressure Area (LPA) was estimated based on all available data at 115 km East of Puerto Princesa City, Palawan (9.7°N, 119.8°E). Northeast Monsoon affecting Northern Luzon.
