At 4:00 am today, the center of Tropical Storm "VINTA" was estimated based on all available data at 690 km East Northeast of Virac, Catanduanes (15.9°N, 131.2°E) with maximum sustained winds of 65 kph and gustiness of up to 80 kph. It is forecast to move West at 19 kph.
