At 4:00 p.m. today, the center of Tropical Depression "VINTA" was estimated based on all available data at 820 km east of Virac, Catanduanes (15.4°N, 132.8°E) with maximum sustained winds of 55 kph. It is forecast to move west at 26 kph.
