overnight strong winds, today all day on and off strong winds and rain, swell 3-4ft NNE messy, heavy and lots of water pushing back, strong on and off winds varied cross/onshore in the morning but in the afternoon blowing cross shore, lowtide before 8am and high tide at 227am, all day zero crowd

At 4:00 p.m. today, the center of Tropical Depression "VINTA" was estimated based on all available data at 820 km east of Virac, Catanduanes (15.4°N, 132.8°E) with maximum sustained winds of 55 kph. It is forecast to move west at 26 kph.
