the good swell quality continues even swell drop to in the range  of 3ft+ ENE chest to over head high but cleanlier than yesterday with some almost double over head high glassy and long sets. the light winds blowing offshore and forecast stayed moderate offshore the rest of the day, the sun shine with partly cloudy skies and moderate seas. low tide at 630am and high tide at 120pm as of 10am crowd close to 20 people

At 4:00 am today, the eye of Typhoon "SANTI" was located based on all available data at 440 km West of Iba, Zambales (15.4°N, 117.9°E) with maximum sustained winds of 130 kph and gustiness of up to 160 kph. it is forecast to move west at 19 kph.Meanwhile, Typhoon "WIPHA" (International Name) was located based on all available data at 1,430 km East of Northern Luzon (18.0°N, 137.8°E)
