Siargao National Surfing Cup Junior Division KICK OFF,. according to the local surfers morning swell are bigger than in the afternoon, as of 5pm heat 7 swell 3-4ft NNE chest to head high semi clean with some over head high clean and good barreling and long set.from morning til afternoon strong offshore winds, the sun shine with partly cloudy skies and moderate seas. tomorrow as early as 5am junior division continue and siargao national surfing cup open start also.

At 4:00 AM today, the center of Tropical Storm "ODETTE" was estimated based on all available data at 770 km East of Tuguegarao City (17.5°N,130.0°E) with maximum sustained winds of 105 kph near the center and gustiness of up to 135 kph. It is forecast to move West at 7 kph. Southwest Monsoon affecting Central and Southern Luzon, Visayas and Mindanao.
