yesterday afternoon swell pumping during the final round of siargao national open division champion Mr. arkipo, 2nd place the 2 times winner of international surfing cup no other than mr Piso. for junior division champion Marama Tokong, 2nd place Pit-pit alipayo. this morning swell drop to 1ftSE swell with light offshore winds. in the afternoon swell start picked up with strong offshor winds 2-3ftSE waist to head high semi clean with some good barreling and long sets as of 4pm crowd more than 10 people

At 4:00 AM today, the eye of Typhoon "ODETTE" {USAGI} was located based on all available data at 30 km East of Basco, Batanes (20.4°N,122.3°E) with maximum sustained winds of 215 kph near the center and gustiness of up to 250 kph. It is forecast to move West Northwest at 19 kph. Southwest Monsoon affecting Central and Southern Luzon and Visayas.
