the small and ugly looking swell continues, the 2ft ENE swell waist to chest high messy and short waves all day,. no changes from morning till afternoon almost the with the wind, the medium to strong winds blowing onshore and stayed strong all day., the sun shine with partly cloudy skies with on and off rain and very rough seas low tide at 7am and high tide at 1pm   from low tide to high tide zero crowd,.
At 4:00 PM today, the Low Pressure Area (LPA) was estimated based on all available data at 360 km Southeast of Davao City (5.0°N, 128.5°E) embedded along the Intertropical Convergence Zone (ITCZ). Northeast Monsoon affecting Northern Luzon.
