Swell Size 3ft ENE
a stormy morning swell about 3ft ENE up to head high messy, bumpy and short wave with lots of water moving around, very strong Winds cross shore and forecast to onshore the rest of the day. overcast with rain shower and very rough seas high tide at 830am, as expected zero crowd., very bad weather condition but no LPA according to PAGASA WEATHER STATION
