freshening light off shore winds the swell about 2 ft ENE chest to head high, semi clean with some over head clean and long sets. the tide fills in swell getting  bigger and cleaner. the light winds blowing onshore and forecast stayed offshore the rest of the day. the sun shine with on and off rain with moderate seas. as of 1pm only 1 crowd while some surfers on the way to water.
At 4:00 am today, the Low Pressure Area (LPA) was estimated based on all available data at 380 km Southeast of General Santos City (5.5° N, 128.8° E)embedded along the Intertropical Convergence Zone (ITCZ) affecting Mindanao. Tail-end of a cold front affecting Northern Luzon.
